TerraCorp Capital is a real estate holding and development company. TerraCorp has a focus on small luxury home communities, golf courses, luxury single family, RV resorts, and land development. Our Founder Boyd E. Smith, a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, has developed in Washington, Arizona, Texas, and Utah. TerraCorp hopes to expand holdings throughout the U.S over the next ten years.

TerraCorp's focus is growing through acquisition of established RV resorts and Golf Courses. We are focused on enhancing properties with capital improvements and new development of small homes throughout the country where retired customers can have a winter and summer destination under one holding company.

TerraCorp's focus is to create communities that have a luxury small home component, on or around the golf course, to maintain the financial integrity over the long term. We do this by adding amenities such as pickleball, pools, golf, and more to provide luxury resort-style amenities while still maintaining a public facility for the entire community to enjoy.
